App: PixelVault: Compress & Backup

Package: com.nexusappsuite.pixelvault

Developer: NexusAppSuites, India

Agreement Overview

These Terms govern your use of the PixelVault application for Android. By installing or using PixelVault, you agree to these terms. You retain full ownership of your content. You are responsible for maintaining independent backup copies of irreplaceable media and securely storing your recovery keys.

1. Agreement and Scope

These Terms govern your use of PixelVault for Android. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the app. These Terms apply to PixelVault’s app features. Google services, payment services, device software, and third-party storage providers are governed by their own applicable terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to use the app and enter into any associated purchase agreement, or have permission required from a parent or guardian. PixelVault is not intended for children under 13. Higher age requirements under local law or Google account rules also apply. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to access and process the files, accounts, and storage locations you use.

3. Permission to Use the App

NexusAppSuites grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to use PixelVault’s available features on compatible devices, subject to these Terms and any applicable subscription conditions. This permission does not transfer ownership of the app, its branding, or proprietary materials to you. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of your photos, videos, documents, and other files. We do not claim ownership of your content merely because you process or back it up using PixelVault. You authorize the app to perform the operations you select, including reading files, creating processed copies, uploading backups, restoring content, and carrying out confirmed deletion or replacement actions.

5. Compression and Conversion

Compression may reduce quality, remove detail, change resolution, alter audio, affect transparency, remove metadata, or change file compatibility. Results depend on the source file, selected settings, available codecs, and device capabilities. Preview representative results and keep important originals. PixelVault does not guarantee a particular percentage of storage savings or visually identical output.

6. AI Enhancement

AI enhancement creates reconstructed image detail and may introduce artifacts or inaccurate features. Enhanced content must not be treated as proof that a particular detail existed in the original image. Do not rely on enhanced results for identification, evidence, medical interpretation, or other situations requiring exact accuracy. Keep the original and review the output before using or sharing it.

7. Backups and Restoration

You are responsible for choosing suitable source folders, destinations, backup rules, and retention practices. A completed transfer or verification does not necessarily mean that a compressed backup preserves every characteristic of the original file. Perform a test restoration before deleting important originals. Keep an independent copy of irreplaceable content. Backups and restores can fail due to unavailable files, revoked permissions, insufficient storage, lost encryption keys, unsupported formats, network interruptions, or third-party restrictions.

8. Background Processing

Android controls background-job timing, runtime, battery restrictions, and process termination. Scheduled backups may run later than the selected time. Work may pause, stop, or require reopening the app. PixelVault retains supported progress checkpoints, but continuation depends on system availability and resources.

9. Deletion, Replacement, and Maintenance

Use deletion and replacement features carefully. "Free up space" can remove local originals. Mirrored deletion can remove backup copies when source files are missing. Conflict settings can replace older backups. Once enabled, scheduled operations may carry out configured actions without asking for confirmation for every individual file. Review settings before enabling these features.

10. Google Accounts and Storage

Use only Google accounts you own or are authorized to use. Each account retains its own storage allowance, permissions, and service restrictions. PixelVault does not supply unlimited cloud storage, combine accounts into a single Google storage quota, or authorize bypassing access restrictions, API limits, or payment requirements.

11. Encryption and Recovery Responsibility

Encrypted backups require the correct passphrase or recovery key. You are responsible for exporting and securely storing the recovery kit before relying on encrypted backups. We cannot reset, reconstruct, or recover a lost encryption secret. Losing the key can permanently prevent access to encrypted files.

12. Free Features and PixelVault Pro

PixelVault includes free features and optional Pro features. The app displays features and limits available for your current plan. Device limits, Google quotas, and system restrictions apply to both plans. Pro provides access to additional app functionality; it does not include extra Google storage or a separate cloud account.

13. Subscription Billing and Renewal

PixelVault Pro is offered as a yearly, automatically renewing subscription (₹299/Year) through Google Play where available. Before purchasing, review the price, billing period, renewal conditions, and any offer displayed by Google Play. Unless cancelled or otherwise terminated under applicable subscription rules, the subscription renews and payment is charged through Google Play.

14. Cancellation, Refunds, and Purchase Restoration

Manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play’s subscription controls. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid future charges. Following ordinary cancellation, access continues for the remaining paid period. Uninstalling PixelVault or disconnecting a Google account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Purchase restoration requires the appropriate Google Play account.

15. When Pro Access Ends

When the subscription expires, is refunded, becomes suspended, or cannot establish a valid entitlement, Pro features become unavailable. Existing backup files are not automatically deleted merely because Pro access ends. Supported existing encrypted backups still require their recovery key for restoration.

16. Acceptable Use

You must not use PixelVault to access accounts or files without authorization, process or distribute unlawful content, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, abuse Google services, distribute malware, or falsely present altered content as an authentic original where doing so would be unlawful.

17. Compatibility and Third-Party Services

File-format, codec, enhancement, and background-processing support varies by Android version and device capabilities. Google Drive, Google Photos, Google Play, and storage providers can change their APIs, permissions, or policies independently of PixelVault. PixelVault is not developed, sponsored, certified, or endorsed by Google.

18. Updates and Changes

We may release updates that correct problems, improve features, or respond to platform and service changes. Changes do not remove mandatory consumer rights or permit us to disregard obligations associated with an existing purchase.

19. Warranties and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PixelVault is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that every file will process successfully or that every backup will complete. NexusAppSuites is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Keep independent backups of irreplaceable files.

20. Open-Source Software

PixelVault includes third-party components, including Flutter, AndroidX, LiteRT/TensorFlow Lite, and the Real-ESRGAN enhancement model, governed by their respective open-source licenses.

21. Ending Use and Governing Law

You may stop using PixelVault at any time. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately through Google Play. Before uninstalling, save any recovery keys, exported files, or settings you need. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
